Development of the legal component of students sports culture in the process of integration of educational and sports activities

Introduction. In accordance with the Constitution of the Russian Federation, the legal framework for the development of physical culture and sports is made up of Federal laws and regulations that regulate legal regulation in the field of physical culture and sports activities 1, 2. The content of the legal component of students' sports culture (hereinafter referred to as LCSKC) is revealed in the technology of forming regulatory competence, expressed in the knowledge of the legal norms of the legislation in the field of physical culture and sports and the ability to rationally apply them in practice in the process of integrating educational and sports activities.
The purpose of the study is to theoretically develop and experimentally substantiate the effectiveness of the methodology for the development of LCSKC based on an in-depth study of sports law in accordance with the curriculum "Legal Regulation of Physical Culture and Sports Activities".
Research methodology and organization. The methodology for the development of LCSKC includes a set of educational and search tasks aimed at a systematic analysis and practical application of legal norms regulating legal relations in the field of physical culture and sports activities.
Research results and their discussion. At the beginning of the experiment, there were no statistically significant differences in the indicators of the development of LCSKC between the experimental and control groups. At the end of the experiment, the level of development of LCSKC remained at the average (sufficient) level in the control group. At the same time, the experimental group showed a high (creative) level of LCSKC development in accordance with the indicators of the formation of universal, general professional and professional competencies, as well as the experience of their practical application in the field of physical culture and sports in accordance with the regulatory framework: Federal Law "On Physical Culture and Sports in the Russian Federation" dated 04.12.2007 No. 329-FZ (as amended); Strategy for the Development of Physical Culture and Sports for the Period up to 2030; The concept of the development of children's and youth sports in the Russian Federation until 2030; Federal standards of sports training in sports; Professional standard "coach-teacher", as well as international and Russian anti-doping legislation.
Conclusions. Thus, the research results indicate the effectiveness of the methodology for the development of LCSKC in the process of integrating educational and sports activities, which creates optimal conditions for the implementation of regulatory competence in the field of physical culture and sports.
