Comparative analysis of indicators of competitive activity and their influence on the results of the game in teams of the National Football League

Objective of the study was to determine the most significant indicators that effectively affect the competitive activity and the result of the game in football.
Methods and structure of the study. In total, 10 games of the Russian Football Championship were analyzed. Observation and subsequent analysis of the training and competitive activities were carried out according to the following indicators: the duration of the competitive MCC (microcycle), the amount of specific and non-specific load performed, the orientation of the training load - speed-strength and mixed work. Competitive activity was evaluated according to the following indicators: the total number of TTAs performed (technical and tactical actions) and the percentage of defects in the game, the number of shots on goal and the percentage of defects of these shots, as well as the percentage of defects in martial arts with an opponent for the ball above and below. The system (IIIN Stat) was used in the analysis of competitive activity.
Results and conclusion. It was revealed that the most significant indicators of the effectiveness of training and competitive activities are the specialization of the load, which is carried out in a mixed orientation mode with an emphasis on the development of speed-strength qualities.
