Objective of the study was to increase the level of physical fitness and improve the psycho-emotional state of students.
Methods and structure of the study. In the course of the experiment, the content and means of ensuring the improvement of the health status of students were identified on the basis of a complex of innovative latest fitness technologies, in particular, psychophysical training, which was based on health walking, breathing exercises, in particular, hypopressive exercises based on hatha yoga, and Chinese taoli gymnastics (wushu tao or tao). It should be especially noted that each direction was carried out using the principle of awareness (mainfulness). The experiment involved 45 people divided into two groups: the control group - 16 people, the experimental group - 29 people (PRC, Henan Province, Henan University), aged 18 to 20 years.
Results and conclusions. An experimental verification of the effectiveness of the developed psychophysical training for students of non-athletic universities, compiling such types of fitness as health walking, hypopressive practices with elements of yoga and the Chinese Tao gymnastic system, showed significant changes in the respiratory parameters of the subjects, such as BMD, holding the breath on inhalation and exhalation, and as well as the level of development of physical qualities. The architecture of the proposed program, built on awareness during exercise, allows you to observe and control your own body and mind.

Keywords: students, psychophysical training, mindfulness, hypopressive gymnastics, walking, diaphragmatic breathing.
