Features of medical support for athletes - children and adolescents abroad

Objective of the study was to consideration of the peculiarities of organizing medical support for young athletes abroad.
Methods and structure of the study. A systematic analysis of seven reviews, meta-analyses and articles published between 2021 and 2023 was performed scientists from six countries.
Results and conclusions. The results of the study made it possible to obtain data on the characteristics of injuries among athletes - children and adolescents, as well as their electrocardiographic examination. A number of recommendations have been formed to optimize medical support for the sports activities of young athletes. The article was prepared as part of the RANEPA state task for 2024.
