Features of physical fitness of students with diseases of the cardiovascular and endocrine systems

Objective of the study was to identifying the characteristics of the physical fitness characteristics of students of the III functional health group with diseases of the cardiovascular and endocrine systems.
Methods and structure of the study. To study the state of physical fitness of the girls, testing was carried out (running 30 m, running 1000 m, lifting the body in 30 seconds, bending forward while standing, standing long jump, bending and straightening the arms while lying down).
Results and conclusions. It has been established that female students of a special medical group have lower physical fitness results, especially girls with diseases of the cardiovascular and endocrine systems. Consequently, when conducting classes with them at the Department of Physical Education, a more individualized approach and adjustments to curricula are required.
