The purpose of the study is to identify and substantiate the dynamic characteristics of basic jumping readiness when performing standardized strength training by volleyball players of Chinese student teams.
Methodology and organization of the study. The biomechanical analysis of the dynamic characteristics of the volleyball players' jump was carried out in January-February 2022 on the basis of two student teams of Chinese universities: the gymnasium of Hubei University of Economics and Beijing University of Sports. A total of 42 volleyball players aged 17-23 years were examined. The main task of the biomechanical analysis of the volleyball players of the Chinese student teams was to assess the dynamic characteristics of the jump under the influence of a standardized power load, which made it possible to determine the effectiveness of special physical training of players and subsequent improvement of the training process.
The results of the study and their discussion. The relative strength and power without load (0% BW) are mutually decreasing values. So, if a player shows high values of strength, then the power of the muscular system has average values. In turn, high values of the power of the muscular system do not determine the achievement of high muscle strength indicators. Therefore, the dynamic parameters of the jump are largely determined by the individual characteristics of each athlete.
The power and speed when performing a jump by volleyball players of Chinese student teams are mutually determining values, which is confirmed by the high correlation coefficient ratio under the influence of standardized power load: 0%, 30% and 60% (r0% = 0.728, r30% = 0.737, r60% = 0.633). In this regard, it should be noted that the higher the power, the greater the speed of repulsion when performing a jump by volleyball players of Chinese student teams. It can also be found that under different load conditions, there are certain discrepancies between power and speed.
Studies have shown that the correlation coefficient between power and speed is higher under load conditions of 0% BW and 30% BW, and the correlation coefficient between power and speed is lowest under load conditions of 60% BW.
Conclusion. Players with high rates of lower limb strength development, but with significant differences in the time of repulsion, do not always achieve a high rate of muscle extension. Therefore, during the training process, specialists need to determine the individual dynamic parameters of the jump – strength, speed and power, which are one of the factors for achieving high performance of technical techniques of the game in the competitive activities of volleyball players of Chinese student teams.
