Legal aspects of promoting the sporting achievements of Transnistria in the international arena

Objective of the study was to describe the legal aspects of the sports sector of Transnistria in the context of promoting sports achievements in the international arena.
Methods and structure of the study. Structural and comparative methods, as well as the case-study method, were used as the main tool of the methodological base to determine the specifics of the experience of the Pridnestrovian Moldavian Republic.
Results and conclusions. One of the main goals of the social policy of the Pridnestrovian state is the formation of an effective model of state policy in the field of sports activities, aimed at developing the sports potential of the population and improving the infrastructure of the sports sector, the possibility of forming sports of great achievements.
Legislative support for the development of sports is a contribution not only to the physical, but also to the moral education of the population, as well as to the development of international cultural and humanitarian ties, and building a positive image of the country.
