The purpose of the study is to identify the individual characteristics of highly qualified Chinese female athletes in mini–football (futsal) and differentiate them by playing roles to increase the effectiveness of long-term training.
Methodology and organization of the study. The scientific work was carried out for four years on the basis of Chinese mini-football clubs participating in Major League Futsal competitions, 48 highly qualified players took part in it. Differentiation according to the playing roles of highly qualified athletes was carried out on the basis of body length and weight indicators. The results obtained formed the basis for optimizing the long-term training process of highly qualified Chinese female athletes in futsal.
The results of the study and their discussion. A bioimpedance examination of highly qualified female athletes in futsal allowed us to establish that forwards and all-rounders have body mass index indicators at a "good" level – 22.3±2.7 and 21.7± 3.2%, compared with defenders – 19.8 ±4.2%, respectively, who have a "satisfactory" level. Considering the indicators of fat and musculoskeletal mass, it should be noted that the optimal parameters in terms of overall parameters are noted in the attackers - 8.5 ± 0.9 and 19.2 ± 2.3%.
It should be noted that tall defenders have a lack of fat and musculoskeletal mass with insignificant overall characteristics of body length. It was found that forwards and all–rounders, the phase angle of bioimpedance – 6.1±0.5° and 5.8±0.4°, respectively, is significantly higher than for defenders - 3.2±0.3° (p<0.05).
Conclusions. An analysis of the body composition data of highly qualified athletes of various roles in mini-football (futsal) allows us to conclude that forwards and all-rounders meet the requirements of the modern game in terms of overall characteristics and phase angle of bioimpedance, while defenders lag significantly behind in terms of the studied indicators. In this regard, in order to optimize the parameters of fat and muscle mass, as well as the phase angle of bioimpedance in the long-term training process of highly qualified Chinese defenders in women's mini-football (futsal), it is advisable to focus on the use of specialized strength, speed and speed-strength exercises.
