Models of indicators of speed, speed-strength and strength qualities of girls 6-14 years old playing tennis

Objective of the study was to create model characteristics of speed and speed-strength qualities of girls 6-14 years old playing tennis.
Methods and structure of the study. A theoretical analysis and synthesis of literature data was carried out; Pedagogical testing of speed and speed-strength qualities of girls 6-14 years old playing tennis was carried out using instrumental techniques (Optogait).
Results and conclusions. The developed model characteristics of indicators of speed and speed-strength qualities of girls 6-14 years old playing tennis can become a guideline for assessing the preparedness of those involved, as well as for clarifying and, if necessary, correcting the training process. A comparison of the model characteristics of girls with similar characteristics of boys of the same ages was carried out.
