Organization of effective interpersonal interaction of adolescents in the aspect of physical culture and sports events

Objective of the study was to reveal the content of physical culture and sports events and evaluate their impact on the formation of interpersonal interaction among adolescents.
Methods and structure of the study. To diagnose the need for physical culture and sports events among adolescents (12-16 years old), input and output reflexive questionnaires were used, the results of which determined how important sports and healthy lifestyles are for adolescents, their influence on the formation of interpersonal interaction between adolescents and adolescents was determined. in this regard, it was revealed how it is necessary to adjust the program of additional education.
Results and conclusions. It has been established that in the process of interaction between adolescents during physical culture and sports events, interest in a healthy lifestyle and physical education has increased. Along with this, adaptability to the social environment increased, a willingness to cooperate and interact with other people to achieve an interpersonal result was formed, and the group role and the role of leader were assumed.
