An electronic textbook cannot completely replace the practical classes of the full-time training format. However, the results of the study revealed the effectiveness of its use for organizing and conducting distance physical training. The main condition for the effectiveness of using an electronic textbook is the presence of high motivation among employees for classes, the desire to master the technique of fighting techniques of wrestling.
