Introduction. After an acute respiratory viral infection in the body of athletes, a state of asthenia often occurs, weakening its general physical characteristics [1]. It is possible to significantly reduce the manifestations of asthenia by applying regular rational muscle training. The existing methods of eliminating asthenia in young athletes still require additional improvement.
The purpose of the study is to substantiate the option of eliminating asthenia phenomena in young judoists and evaluate its effectiveness.
Methodology and organization of the study. During the experiments, two groups of young judoists (18-20 years old) were collected, regularly training three times during the week. Each of the groups included 12 young men with asthenia after acute respiratory viral infection. The boys of both groups underwent a rehabilitation course for 1.5 months. The representatives of the first group used the traditional scheme of recovery. The young judoists of the second group received a course of antiasthenic effects according to the author's scheme, which provides for the rationalization of the general daily routine, an increase in the duration of night sleep to 9 hours, adherence to a diet with a significant amount of animal protein and vitamins, a temporary decrease in the intensity of regular physical training, daily restorative exercises and daily pearl baths. The assessment of the condition of the examined was carried out initially and after 1.5 months of recovery. A number of standard tests were performed on young athletes to assess their physical status, followed by statistical processing of the obtained values using the Student's t-test.
The results of the study and their discussion. As a result of the rehabilitation effects of young judoists of both groups, positive changes in functional indicators were achieved, which turned out to be at a more preferable level against the background of the author's version of rehabilitation. The judoists who entered the second group, after six weeks of recreational activities, managed to get more pronounced positive changes in their overall functional status. This indicated the more pronounced optimizing possibilities of the author's recovery scheme for optimizing metabolism and heart function. Judoists of the first group showed more modest positive changes in the parameters taken into account while maintaining a number of manifestations of asthenia.
Conclusions. The use of the author's scheme of physical rehabilitation provides a very pronounced reduction in the phenomena of asthenia in young judoists.
