Tutorial competency building in physical education specialists

Objective of the study was to develop a tutorial competence building model for the school physical education specialists – designed on a components integration concept (CIC) – that means that every component of the target competence is analyzed to effectively integrate it into and harmonize with the other key components to facilitate the service-specific knowledge and skills accumulation and formation process on an inclusive and integrated basis. Every component (element) of the integrated competence (professional mastery) will be analyzed separately from the system to understand and improve its structure for efficiency of the whole service. Based on the componential analysis, the author developed the tutorial skills building model for the school physical education specialists. Success of the model implementation project will depend on how determined is the educator and students and prepared to mobilize and invest the individual resource for success. A special attention will be given to efforts to lay foundation for the tutorial mastery on a timely and systemic basis in the early training stages of the future physical education specialists to effectively guide the competence formation process later on for their progress in the physical education and sports sector.
