Practice-oriented tasks in pedagogy in the professional training of a teacher of physical culture

Objective of the study was to develop and test a database that includes practice-oriented tasks for the development of future teachers in physical culture of the discipline "Pedagogy".
Methods and structure of the study. The experimental work was carried out at the Institute of Physical Culture, Sports and Life Safety of the FSBEI HE “YelSU" in 2021-2022. The study involved 24 1st year students who are mastering the profession of a teacher of physical culture. As part of the study of the discipline "Pedagogy", students were offered to perform practice-oriented tasks that they performed during the academic semester as a semester assignment.
Results and conclusions. A qualitative analysis of the results of the experimental work made it possible to state the positive dynamics of students' skills in planning the educational process, using modern methods of assessment using information and communication technologies, as well as mastering presentation techniques. In order to further improve practical training, it is planned to expand the base of tasks aimed at developing the skills of future physical education teachers to conduct practical training sessions, based on modern achievements in the field of pedagogical and psychological sciences, developmental physiology and school hygiene, as well as modern information technologies and teaching methods. Practical training of future teachers in physical culture in the course of mastering the discipline "Pedagogy" can be presented as a form of modeling their pedagogical activity, within which conditions are created for student immersion in a professional environment. The content of practice-oriented tasks reflects the real situations of pedagogical experience.
