Introduction. A feature of the physical training of police officers who are trained in professional training programs is the need to master a large volume of techniques to the level of skill in a relatively short period of time-90 training hours. At the final lessons, police officers should be able to use combat techniques in situations of operational activity [1].
The purpose of the research is to develop and scientifically substantiate the pedagogical technology of intensive training of police officers in the complex application of combat fighting techniques in situations of operational activity.
Methodology and organization of the study. Experimental testing of the author's technology was carried out in 2018-2019 on 42 students of the Tyumen Institute of advanced training of employees of the Ministry of internal Affairs of Russia, who are trained in professional training programs for the position of an employee "Police". On physical training of listeners of experimental group problems of application of fighting receptions of fight in typical situations of operational and service activity were solved.
The results of the study and their discussion. In the course of scientific work, the pedagogical technology of intensive training of police officers in the complex application of fighting techniques in situations of operational and service activity was developed and experimentally tested.
The author's pedagogical technology is based on the principle of intersubject integration of components of physical training and variable academic disciplines, implemented through the use of situational method and levels of complexity based on progressive knocking factors that complicate the performance of combat techniques and tasks. As a result of the implementation of the author's technology, the effectiveness of complex power actions in situations of operational and service activities of employees, representatives of the experimental group, increased by 19.7% more than the representatives of the control group.
Conclusion. The developed author's technology contributes to the formation of skills of complex application of fighting techniques and can be used in educational organizations of the Ministry of internal Affairs of Russia, as well as in the territorial bodies of internal Affairs for the organization and conduct of physical training with police officers.
